Welcome to GuestFlow (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, systems, and related offerings. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Overview

GuestFlow provides a fully managed podcast guest acquisition system, including but not limited to:


  • Prospect sourcing

  • Outreach campaign deployment

  • AI-powered qualification workflows

  • Booking automation

  • Reporting dashboards

  • Content repurposing (if applicable to selected tier)

  • All services are delivered under a separate Service Agreement where applicable.


We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue services at our discretion.

2. Eligibility


You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services. By engaging GuestFlow, you represent that you:



  • Own or have authority to operate the podcast in question

  • Have permission to use provided domains and email accounts

  • Will comply with applicable communication and data laws

3. Performance Guarantee


Where stated, GuestFlow may offer a performance guarantee (e.g., 3–5 niche-specific guests per week within 90 days). The guarantee is subject to:


  • Timely client cooperation

  • Approval of outreach messaging

  • Use of recommended infrastructure

  • Compliance with onboarding requirements

  • Continued service subscription


The guarantee does not apply if:


  • Client delays onboarding

  • Client modifies approved systems

  • Client fails to respond to qualified guest bookings

  • Client requests niche pivots mid-campaign

  • Email deliverability is compromised by prior domain misuse


Guarantee fulfillment may include continued optimization at no additional management fee until agreed benchmarks are met.


No cash refunds are provided unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities


You agree to:


  • Provide accurate podcast positioning information

  • Approve messaging and targeting

  • Maintain access to required platforms (email, CRM, calendar, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Respond to booked guests in a timely manner

  • Comply with all applicable laws


GuestFlow is not responsible for missed bookings due to client delay or inaction.

5. Payment Terms


All fees are outlined in your Service Agreement. Unless otherwise stated:


  • Payments are recurring and billed monthly

  • Fees are non-refundable

  • Late payments may result in service suspension

  • Disputed charges must be submitted in writing within 7 days

  • Failure to pay may result in immediate service termination.

6. Intellectual Property


All systems, workflows, templates, automation structures, messaging frameworks, and proprietary methods remain the intellectual property of GuestFlow. Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use deliverables solely for their podcast operations.


You may not:


  • Resell our systems

  • Reverse engineer our workflows

  • Distribute proprietary frameworks

  • Claim ownership of our internal infrastructure

7. Outreach Compliance


GuestFlow deploys outreach campaigns in accordance with industry best practices. However, clients acknowledge that:


  • Cold outreach involves inherent risk

  • Deliverability is influenced by domain history

  • Email platform policies may change

  • Platform suspensions are outside our direct control

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring their business complies with applicable laws including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other relevant regulations.


GuestFlow disclaims liability for penalties arising from misuse of client-owned domains or accounts.

8. Limitation of Liability


To the maximum extent permitted by law GuestFlow shall not be liable for:


  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Lost profits or business interruption

  • Platform suspensions

  • Changes in email provider policies

  • Guest no-shows

  • Reputation damage caused by client messaging changes


Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the prior 30 days.

9. No Earnings Guarantee

While we may reference performance benchmarks, we do not guarantee:


  • Podcast revenue

  • Audience growth

  • Sponsorship acquisition

  • Listener metrics


GuestFlow guarantees system performance, not business outcomes beyond scope.


10. Termination


Either party may terminate services pursuant to the Service Agreement. Upon termination:


  • Access to proprietary systems may be revoked

  • Outstanding balances remain due

  • Confidentiality obligations survive termination


11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding:


  • Business strategies

  • Guest lists

  • Outreach messaging

  • Internal workflows

  • Proprietary methods

  • Confidentiality survives termination.

12. Website Use


You agree not to:



  • Scrape or copy website content

  • Use our brand without permission

  • Reverse engineer our positioning frameworks

  • Misrepresent your affiliation with GuestFlow

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

14. Governing Law


These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Indiana in the United States of America.



Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Hamilton County, unless otherwise agreed.
